Why do I have to create an account before making a purchase?

We do capture your basic details during the checkout process, these details can be used by you for later purchases – we do not collect or store any Banking Information.

We have integrated with PayFast & SnapScan Online Payment Engines. This will allow you the following payment methods secured with 128bit Encryption SSL.

Do you have a physical store that I can go to?

We are currently an online store only.

How long do local products take to deliver?

We make use of Dawnwing Couriers – Overnight Service. For local and national deliveries. This generally takes 24-72 hours depending on the distance of delivery.

How long do International products take to deliver?

International products are shipped directly from suppliers to you and can take between 7-14 Days to deliver, we have no control over The South African duties services. We do make every effort to ensure that there is no invoice sent with your delivery and is marked as a gift – However, we cannot guarantee that you will not be charged import duties should they feel the need to add some.

What happens if my purchase does not fit or I am not satisfied with it?

Returns are excepted for store credit or refund.

Please note return delivery costs are covered by the sender. A replacement for damaged or replacement sizes will be sent by us provided there is still stock of the item. Alternately we can credit you should stock not be available.

What are the delivery charges?

Free delivery on ALL orders over R1000

Delivery charges are set as a flat fee based on products under 2kg, the Lowest rate is base on deliveries within 50km of our premises,  Delivery distance is Geolocated automatically and quoted on checkout.
